Version: 1.0
Effective Date: October 9, 2026

1. Introduction

This Subscription Policy governs free and paid subscriptions to DMARCViewer, operated by:

DMARC Viewer ApS
VAT No.: DK46747755
Denmark

Website: https://dmarcviewer.com

This Policy supplements our Terms and Conditions. In the event of conflict, mandatory applicable law shall prevail.

2. Available Subscription Plans

DMARCViewer may offer free and paid subscription plans.

The available features, usage limits, reporting capabilities, domain allowances, and subscription prices are described on our website.

We may introduce, modify, or discontinue subscription plans subject to our Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

3. Free Subscriptions

Free subscriptions may include limitations concerning:

Free subscriptions may be modified or discontinued with reasonable notice where practical and subject to applicable law.

No payment is required for features expressly identified as free.

4. Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions may be offered on monthly or annual billing cycles.

Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period.

The applicable price, billing interval, included features, and any applicable taxes shall be displayed before purchase.

5. Automatic Renewal

Unless cancelled before renewal, paid subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing period.

The applicable renewal price and billing terms shall be disclosed before the Customer enters into the subscription.

Customers may cancel automatic renewal through their account dashboard.

Mandatory statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

6. Payment Methods

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Payment processing may be performed by an external payment service provider.

Customers are responsible for maintaining valid and accurate billing information.

We do not require Customers to disclose payment card details directly to our support personnel.

7. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, DMARC Viewer ApS may:

Where payment remains outstanding, access to paid functionality may be restricted.

Any collection activity shall comply with applicable law.

8. Cancellation

Customers may cancel subscriptions through their account dashboard.

Cancellation stops future automatic renewals.

Paid subscription features remain available until the end of the current paid billing period, unless the agreement is lawfully terminated earlier.

Following expiry, the account may revert to an available free plan.

The Customer remains responsible for ensuring that stored data and configured domains comply with the applicable free-plan limitations.

9. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed individually.

Refunds may be granted where:

Refunds outside mandatory legal entitlements are granted at the Company's discretion.

Nothing in this Policy excludes or restricts mandatory statutory refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or consumer remedies.

Refund requests may be submitted to support@dmarcviewer.com.

10. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Where a Customer qualifies as a consumer under applicable law, a statutory right of withdrawal may apply.

For qualifying distance contracts for services, consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, the consumer may send an unequivocal withdrawal notice to support@dmarcviewer.com before the applicable deadline.

Where the consumer expressly requests that the Service begin during the withdrawal period, and the requirements of applicable law are met, the consumer may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already supplied.

Any loss of withdrawal rights shall apply only where the legal conditions for that loss have been satisfied.

Where withdrawal is valid, refunds shall be processed within the applicable statutory deadline and in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.

Consumers retain their statutory remedies for non-conforming digital services.

11. Changes to Subscription Prices

We may change subscription prices from time to time.

Price changes affecting existing paid subscriptions shall be communicated with reasonable advance notice before taking effect.

Where required by law, Customers shall be given the opportunity to reject changes or terminate the affected subscription.

Price changes shall not retrospectively affect periods already paid for unless permitted by applicable law and expressly agreed.

12. Upgrades and Downgrades

Customers may request changes to their subscription plan where supported by the Service.

Any additional charges, credits, prorated adjustments, or effective dates shall be disclosed before the change is confirmed.

Downgrades may result in reduced features, domain allowances, storage, or reporting capabilities.

Customers should review applicable plan limits before downgrading.

13. Data After Cancellation

Cancelling a paid subscription does not automatically delete the Customer's account.

Where a free tier remains available, the account may revert to that tier.

Certain paid features, historical information, and reporting functions may become unavailable after the paid period expires.

Data handling, retention, export, and deletion shall be governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement.

Customers discontinuing the Service should update their DNS configurations and remove DMARC reporting destinations that are no longer intended to receive reports.

14. Subscription Suspension

We may suspend paid functionality where:

Where reasonably possible, notice will be provided before suspension, except where immediate action is necessary.

15. Billing Disputes

Customers who believe a charge is incorrect should contact support@dmarcviewer.com.

We will investigate billing disputes in good faith and correct verified errors.

Nothing in this Policy restricts lawful rights to dispute payments through a payment provider or other competent body.

16. Taxes

Subscription prices may be subject to VAT or other applicable taxes.

The applicable tax treatment depends on the Customer's location, status, and relevant tax legislation.

The total payable amount shall be disclosed before purchase in accordance with applicable law.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Subscription Policy to reflect changes in law, payment arrangements, subscription plans, or business operations.

Material changes affecting existing Customers will be communicated with reasonable advance notice, ordinarily at least 30 days where appropriate, unless urgent legal or security requirements justify a shorter period.

Changes requiring express consent shall not become binding without such consent.

18. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by Danish law.

Consumers retain mandatory protections under applicable EU and national consumer legislation, including the law of their country of habitual residence where applicable.

Nothing in this Policy restricts mandatory consumer rights.
